Alpha Consulting provides training for health care providers and managers, as well as community members to achieve performance goals. Alpha Consulting develops and conducts training in public health, clinical services, health planning and management, and institutional strengthening.

To measure the effectiveness of our training, Alpha Consulting builds in evaluation into every training. We assess training impact at specific intervals to find out how well participants are applying the skills learned and how on-the-job performance has improved.
